Ways to prove psychological violence against women and minors in a criminal trial of family violence in the State of Mexico.
Abstract
One of the vulnerable groups that tend to be the highest proportion of victims of violence in Mexican society are women, girls, boys, and adolescents. Within the variants of violence are gender, economic, psychological, emotional, physical, and sexual violence with different modalities of rape, sexual harassment and abuse, female mutilation, child marriage, human trafficking, digital violence through cyberbullying, Sexting or Sexing and Doxing. In the present study, we analyze, in accordance with the criminal process, what are the evidence, means of proof, suitable and relevant evidence in order to prove family violence in court from the hypothesis of psychological, emotional or moral violence in the Code of the Penitentiary of the State of Mexico.
