Academic and social contributions of the MORE Latin America Organization for the strengthening education of the young university students.

Abstract

The MORE Latin America Organization emerged in 2019 to empower women and promote the training of students from Latin American countries for their comprehensive education through online training, established as a non-profit Non-Governmental Educational Organization in the US in 2020. In front of COVID-19 pandemic, its digital platform grew, incorporating training, workshops and diploma courses led by women, highly valued by its participants, expanding its services to the female and youth public. Currently, MORE Latin America has been recognized for its contributions in gender equality and preparation of new leaders. This article addresses the background, origins, changes, and key results of this association in favor of academic development and social causes in Latin America.
