Implementation of ICTs to promote dialogue in university education.
Abstract
This article examines the crucial role of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in fostering dialogue in university education. ICTs improve the quality of teaching and increase the active participation of students. Using a quantitative and descriptive approach, the study analyzed the teaching experience in the use of ICTs through surveys and observation. The results, evaluated with the Likert scale, showed that ICTs promote interaction and interest in learning, facilitating student expression and participation. It is concluded that ICTs are essential for the comprehensive training of future professionals, transforming educational dynamics towards more interactive, inclusive and effective learning.
