Abstract

AI is transforming teaching and learning, personalizing curricular content and using virtual tutors and predictive dropout models to improve training processes. Although AI offers advantages in personalizing learning and academic performance, it poses ethical challenges that require attention. It is crucial to manage these technologies to maximize their benefits and minimize risks. The paper proposes strategies to integrate AI into the classroom in an equitable and beneficial manner, also discussing ethical implications and the need for regulatory frameworks. In conclusion, AI can revolutionize higher education, but addressing its ethical and social challenges is essential for a responsible and sustainable integration.
