Action system for sales analysis with artificial intelligence.
Abstract
Companies nowadays face a competitive environment, with reduced sales margins and demanding consumers; in this context, sales analysis is crucial to understand market preferences and make strategic decisions. The objective of this research is to build an action system for sales analysis with artificial intelligence. As a result, the theoretical review and a structured system of five actions are presented: recognition of the state of the company, data extraction, reducing the dimensionality of the actions, presenting the dashboard and generating the analysis with artificial intelligence. Finally, the benefits of integrating technological solutions to analyze data with an organized structure as a guide for the success of its application are evidenced.
