Human embryos implanted post-mortem through in vitro fertilization.
Abstract
In the current investigative work, the legality, permissibility and regulatory regulation of post-mortem in vitro fertilization in Ecuadorian legislation is studied, due to the existing legal vacuum regarding Assisted Human Reproduction Techniques in general, which causes several coexistence dilemmas both in the field of law and bioethics, as is the case of filiation in situations of birth after the death of one of the parents, through assisted procreation, consequently, the right to identity in this type of procedures doctors is violated, for this reason, the legal system of Spanish regulations is analyzed to try to answer these doubts based on comparative law.
