Abstract

At global level, significant transformations have been generated because of globalization, these transformations have a decisive impact on the evolution of law and consequently on the universal system of human rights, as prerogatives that correspond to every human being due to their own essence. However, it is essential that they are duly regulated in a legal system of equal relevance. Especially in the case of girls, boys and adolescents, who, since the approval of the Convention on the Rights of the Child of 1989, are considered as full subjects of law. Therefore, through this study, the system of delivery of justice and legal security in Tamaulipas is analyzed with respect to the rights of children and adolescents.
