Abstract

The objective of the study was to determine the relationship that exists between service providers, contracts and labor rights in the central, regional and local government. The type of research was basic with a non-experimental design of a descriptive-correlational level. Using the Spearman correlation test, a significant correlation (p<0.05), strong positive - moderate recurring correlation between the variables and dimensions was determined. Workers hired through service locations have the same right to work under the same benefits according to law. The political constitutions of Latin America seek to protect the right to work and social security; However, these objectives are not fully met despite the efforts of the International Labor Organization (ILO).
