Integration of the concept of University Law: a review of its theoretical foundations in higher education in Mexico.
Abstract
In the context of higher education in Mexico, the integration of university law represents an essential challenge to ensure educational quality and the protection of rights. This study analyzes the theoretical frameworks that support this integration, examining existing literature to understand its application and effectiveness. Academic autonomy, institutional governance, and the participation of university actors are highlighted as crucial elements for successful integration, although significant gaps are observed in their practical implementation. This indicates the need for more cohesive strategies. The conclusions emphasize the importance of strengthening university law mechanisms to promote an inclusive and equitable higher education, providing a basis for future research and policies that improve university environments.
