Importance of the appeal for review in the preparation of legal professionals.

Abstract

In Ecuador, in recent years there has been an increase in scams against the population. This crime is condemned, and at the same time there is an appeal for review of the crime of fraud in criminal matters. This is a resource unknown to the population and future legal professionals have difficulties in knowing it. The objective of this research is to determine the importance of knowledge about the review resource, specifically for the crime of fraud, that first and second year law students have. The research used a qualitative methodology. The importance of knowledge of this resource for students and teachers was raised.
