Legal implications after dismissal in the labor field.
Abstract
This article examines the legal consequences after dismissal from employment, recognizing the rights of workers, such as the payment of vacations not taken, thirteenth and fourteenth salary, and outstanding salaries. The objective is to analyze the legal repercussions of untimely or ineffective dismissals. Using a quantitative approach through worker surveys, several aspects related to these consequences are evidenced. The results show that worker s are generally informed about payments and compensation due at the end of an employment relationship. The study concludes by highlighting the importance of workers knowing their legal rights and employers complying with their obligations to avoid conflict s and ensure a fair and equitable resolution. This contributes to fairer and more transparent labor relations.
