Evaluation of the administrative disciplinary procedure at the sector of the commerce in Ecuador.
Abstract
The application of administrative disciplinary law in the commercial sector allows evaluating and improving the conduct and performance of employees, guaranteeing integrity and efficiency in commercial operations. The objective of the research is to evaluate the administrative disciplinary procedure in the commerce sector in Ecuador. The evaluation is carried out based on the prepared instrument and descriptive statistics are used. The analysis provides a more complete and detailed vision of the application of administrative disciplinary law in the commercial sector, covering aspects such as the profile of sanctioned employees, reasons for absences, associated costs, impact on productivity, recommendations for improvement, use of resources, comparisons by hierarchical level and the rate of resolution of cases.
