Diffuse control in local constitutional justice.
Abstract
The reconfiguration of the constitutional regulation of human rights and its interpretation and protection by all authorities within their areas of competence has raised new questions regarding the activity of constitutional justice at the local level. In this sense, in this article we focus on analyzing, from jurisprudential analysis, the challenges of the activity of local constitutional judges in the face of the new hermeneutical paradigms derived from the federal constitutional framework. Thus, we can note that the development of constitutional control of the federal entities must be in sync with the constitutional guidelines that the Supreme Court has indicated within its jurisprudence in order to act in accordance with the federal order.
