Analysis of the importance of legal and forensic psychology in Mexico.

Abstract

Forensic Psychology is that applied in the various justice administration bodies within the scope of their powers, taking into account the subject matter on which they are specialized; while Legal Psychology is the branch of psychology in charge of the study and analysis of human behavior, within the legal field, through the application of techniques and tools typical of the scientific method, in order to issue an instrument called, opinion, technical opinion. , or another at the request of some authority or an individual who is involved in a legal conflict, and in order to clarify the facts and strengthen the theory of the case that they are trying to support and prove.
