Challenges and perspectives of Bachelor of Science in Education from the voices of graduates.
Abstract
In recent years, the entry into the labor market for university students has become more complex due to the characteristics and demands of today's society. The aim of this research was to analyze the challenges and perspectives of graduates in Education Sciences from the voices of their graduates. A qualitative study was carried out with the participation of 50 graduates, using the focus group technique and the semi-structured interview instrument. Among the main findings, the following stand out as strengths in their training: the curriculum, the activities for comprehensive development, the quality of teaching, and among the recommendations, the increase of internships in educational institutions and companies is pointed out.
