Abstract

The reform of Mexico was seen with an educational approach, the school task is conceived as a formative task of excellence, which goes hand in hand with a new conception of evaluation, supported in a pedagogical, scientific and patriotic sense, The role of the State is part of the educational process to constitute a modern State, which guarantees the rights of citizens mainly in the social and economic so that education is total; that is, that the entire society has access to it and thus be able to eliminate social inequality; in this analysis the following work is developed.
