Location and assignment model of Digital Training Centers.

Abstract

This research proposes a discrete bi-objective mathematical model to locate and assign the population demand to Digital Training Centers (DTC) in the state of Aguascalientes, seeking spatial justice through the reduction of the distance traveled by the users and a balance of workloads for each of the DTCs. A diverse set of scenarios is solved by means of the epsilon-constraint method and Pareto fronts are constructed. Furthermore, the results obtained by the proposed mathematical model are presented.
