Marketing and export plan of alstroemeria of Franalistina Flowers Company to the Kazakhstan market
Abstract
The research analyzed how export and marketing strategies affect the export process of alstroemerias from Ecuador to Kazakhstan, and how these can be optimized to improve the efficiency of the company Franalistina Flowers. Using a qualitative and descript ive approach with primary and secondary sources, interviews were conducted with exporters to identify challenges and opportunities in the Kazakh market. A strategic plan was developed that included a SWOT analysis and digital marketing strategies to improve the company's international positioning. The results highlight the need for well designed strategies to increase competitiveness, build customer loyalty and diversify markets, contributing to the growth of Franalistina Flowers and the economic d evelopment of Ecuador.
