The article explores the conception of justice in Benito Juárez's thought, highlighting it as crucial in his ethics and politics. Through a historical and philosophical analysis, it is revealed how Juárez becomes an emblematic figure whose life and work are deeply linked to the search for justice in a Mexico in transformation.
