Abstract

The article explores the conception of justice in Benito Juárez's thought, highlighting it as crucial in his ethics and politics. Through a historical and philosophical analysis, it is revealed how Juárez becomes an emblematic figure whose life and work are deeply linked to the search for justice in a Mexico in transformation. The continuing influence of his ideas on contemporary challenges is examined, underscoring their relevance in Mexican ethics through principles such as honesty, compliance with the law, patriotism, and the defense of human rights
