Social Media Metrics in the Faculties of the Technical University of Ambato.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to generate metrics on social networks in the faculties for the Technical University of Ambato. Theoretical methods such as analysis-synthesis, inductive-deductive, as well as the Fanpage Karma tool are used. The results demonstrate significant differences in the interaction between the various faculties. The Faculty of Design and Architecture stands out for its high interaction, despite having few publications, and the Faculty of Health Sciences shows less activity on social networks. Strategies are proposed to improve visibility on Facebook.
