Proposal of the theoretical and methodological model for the curricular design of the Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Geology and Water Resources of the Faculty of Geography, UAEMEX.
Abstract
The following work is presented, which theoretically, methodologically and pedagogically justifies the proposed curriculum design to generate the Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Geology and Water Resources, based on current advanced trends, mainly from the constructivist perspective of Competency-Based Education and enriched with approaches such as the dialectical, holistic and transdisciplinary, in accordance with the educational project established in the institutional mission of the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico (UAEM). From an axiological point of view, the curriculum was intended to respond to an integral model, where the graduate is responsible and socially and affectively committed to addressing environmental issues. The proposal is supported by taking as a methodological basis the Grounded Theory, which suggests the steps or moments to identify the professional requirements and attributes.
