Integration of the concept of University Law: a review of its theoretical foundations in higher education in Mexico.
Abstract
This research addresses the tactical management and legal protection of online academic presence within the framework of professional development for educators and scientists. Today, digital footprint represents prestige and progress for academics; however, there is a gap in the implementation of effective legal protection tactics. A qualitative approach is employed, comprising a literature review and comparison of legal structures. The findings suggest integrating institutional regulations, training in digital skills, and security measures for the academic environment. Legal challenges are identified, such as safeguarding copyrights and managing professional image in cyberspace. The study concludes by proposing a multidisciplinary strategy that amalgamates legal, technological, and pedagogical aspects.
