Effective training strategy for technical skills development in soft drink industries.
Abstract
Training is an essential process in industries to ensure scientific-technical updating, innovation and human improvement. The objective is to develop an effective training strategy for the development of technical skills in soft drink industries, and for this purpose, a mixed-approach, applied type research was developed with operators of the Royal Bottling Plant. The results obtained from the research confirm the low level of training of technical skills and difficulties in the training system. A pedagogical-didactic strategy containing stages, actions, methods, participants, resources and dates is designed. The IADOV technique was applied to verify the level of individual and group satisfaction of the workers, the results indicate a tendency towards the maximum level of satisfaction.
