The role of the Judiciary in the normative system of the Ecuadorian State.
Abstract
The research focused on designing a digital conference to sensitize the inhabitants of Ibarra about the Judicial Function of the State in Ecuador. Using analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive and historical-logical methods, along with interviews and surveys, the shortcomings of the Ecuadorian judicial system were analyzed. The results highlighted serious problems such as inefficiency in corruption cases, injustices in judicial processes, and deficiencies in the selection and administration of judicial personnel. It was concluded that it is crucial to respect and protect citizens' rights and reform the judicial system. The conference sought to increase transparency and encourage citizen participation in improving the judicial system, highlighting the need for structural reforms for a more equitable and efficient administration of justice.
