Abstract
This article explores the strategy implemented by the institution to strengthen its educational leadership, improve the quality of learning, research and the link with the community. The scope of the research has been descriptive-propositive, with a qualitative approach. It is concluded that the articulation of functions as a strategy is an essential component for the good functioning and success of the institution. The instruments applied allowed us to appreciate that there is a development of the articulation processes justified by results in terms of the accreditation of institutional quality. The multidimensional approach applied, which ranges from curricular modernization in research to the promotion of inter-institutional links, positions it as a reference in higher education in the region.
