Integral model of ethical evaluation in organizations.
Abstract
This study evaluated organizational ethics through an Organizational Ethics Assessment Matrix, motivated by the growing need for ethical practices in today's corporate environment. Its objective was to identify areas for improvement and offer recommendations to strengthen the ethical culture in organizations. A quantitative approach was used, applying a 5-point Likert scale in 50 organizations from different industrial sectors. The matrix analyzed dimensions such as ethical leadership, organizational culture, transparency and social responsibility. The data, obtained through surveys and semi-structured interviews, revealed variations in ethical practices, highlighting the need for ethical leadership and social responsibility. Specific recommendations were offered for each organization.
