Implementation of smart technologies in the labor market.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence has significantly transformed the workplace, creating opportunities and challenges for workers and companies. Therefore, this study analyzed the impact of artificial intelligence on the labor market, by identifying the transformations it faces, as well as the solutions to mitigate the adverse effects generated. In fact, a quantitative analysis was conducted using surveys to evaluate the relationship between automation and change in job skills. Consequently, the results showed a significant displacement of workers due to automation. In conclusion, the priority of continuous training and the implementation of regulatory frameworks that protect the rights of workers and promote an equitable and sustainable future of work has been highlighted.
