Key elements for the sustainability of enterprises in the Pastaza canton: the importance of training in accounting, administration, and finance.
Abstract
The viability of enterprises in the Pastaza canton faces significant challenges due to the lack of training in essential areas such as accounting, administration and finance. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the factors that affect the sustainability of local businesses, focusing on training in these disciplines. An applied research approach was adopted, combining qualitative and quantitative methods. Through structured surveys, data were collected on motivations, promotional tools, and the level of financial and administrative training of entrepreneurs. The findings indicate that stronger training can decrease the failure rate and increase business sustainability.
