Strategic approaches for the implementation of artificial intelligence in small and medium enterprises in the city of Coca, Province of Orellana.
Abstract
The study explores the evolution of artificial intelligence (AI) and its use in different business areas. The central objective was to analyze the prospects of AI implementation in SMEs in Coca, Ecuador, identifying both its challenges and opportunities. A non-experimental methodology with qualitative and quantitative approaches was adopted, applying digital surveys to SME managers. The findings reveal that owners recognize the potential of AI to increase efficiency, improve processes and increase profits. In addition, they show willingness to train on technological tools and adapt to AI. The study underscores the need to integrate human intuition with the analytics provided by AI in business decision making.
