Abstract
Currently, many people have received notifications regarding the collection of debts that date back more than five or ten years, without a proper administrative procedure having been initiated. This situation violates due process and constitutional and legal regulations that protect citizens from abuses by public entities. It is essential to investigate the related administrative procedures to assess the viability of CNT's collection actions, the debts that CNT has taken to coactive judgment have accumulated over 20 years, with 314,981 processes at this stage, which include debts from clients of the defunct Pacifictel, Andinatel, and Alegro. An exhaustive analysis is required to ensure the protection of the rights of the affected citizens.
