Influence of organizational culture on administrative effectiveness in educational units in Santo Domingo.
Abstract
The study addressed the relationship between organizational culture and administrative management in the Mariscal Sucre, 30 de Julio, and Ramón Moncayo Benítez educational units during the period 2023-2024, to establish this interrelation and offer practical recommendations. A quantitative approach was used, applying surveys to 150 teachers from these institutions, who positively evaluated administrative management. The perception of organizational culture showed a more balanced distribution. The statistical analysis did not indicate a significant relationship between both variables with a weak correlation between organizational culture and the management dimension. It was concluded that other factors could influence administrative management, and it was recommended to investigate more about external variables and strengthen organizational culture to improve educational management.
