Process of transformation and adaptation in comparative criminal law.
Abstract
Specialists in comparative law currently address various sectors of the positive legal system, since the evolution of criminal law at a global level cannot be ignored, the objective is to highlight the knowledge of criminal law in multiple countries, which form a complex network of international relations; however, there is a challenge due to the lack of prominence at the global level. The methodology is based on a qualitative approach and a phenomenological paradigm, focusing on the analysis of documents such as books, articles and reports. Common techniques include content analysis and data coding. It is concluded that criminal sciences should be an essential reference in legal discourse, integrating knowledge and practices that drive the evolution of criminal law.
