Abstract

The present research work has as its general objective to analyze the need for the Congress of the Union to issue the secondary law on government propaganda in the media, in compliance with articles 134, fourth and fifth transitional articles of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, in electoral matters, in compliance with what was ordered in the constitutional reform of November 13, 2007; this, to prevent them from using public resources and the dissemination of their management in the application of these in their eagerness to be reelected, or to benefit the candidate of the political party through which they came to power.
