Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is now a part of everyday life, regulating many everyday activities through advanced systems and mechanisms. This research, based on a qualitative approach and semi-structured interviews, aimed to understand the impact of AI on human employment, exploring its benefits and challenges. Among the main conclusions, it is evident that artificial intelligence has great potential for social progress and the software industry, and its development requires ethical regulation, and a workforce adapted to rapid technological changes, in order to guarantee sustainable growth.
