Abstract

The digital era has been driven by new forms of communication, where social networks perform an important role. The research has to propose a marketing strategy in TikTok, which drives interaction and content generation in students. A literature review was conducted in various scientific databases in order to learn about trends and their development. The metrics indicate that effective content creation improves interaction and communication at the university.
