The relationship between job satisfaction and gender of new teachers at a higher education institution.
Abstract
In Mexican public universities, it is increasingly common for new professors to be hired for a certain period of time, to the detriment of their benefits and job security. The objective of this research was to determine if there is a relationship between the job satisfaction of new employees of an educational institution and the gender of the teacher, beyond the benefits offered to them. A measurement instrument was applied to all employees who meet the defined characteristics. A statistical data analysis was carried out and it shows that there is no trend towards a different perception of job satisfaction depending on the gender of the teacher.
