Abstract

This research aimed to determine the elements of knowledge management in human capital that impact the productivity of the logistics area of companies in the south of Tamaulipas; A documentary investigation was carried out that was supported by the theoretical aspect of knowledge management and logistics; A quantitative, exploratory, descriptive, correlational and explanatory research was carried out. As a result, it was demonstrated that knowledge management through the socialization of employees and the systematization, structuring and internalization of knowledge impacts the productivity of the study subjects.
