Operational risk management: a view from a conversational agent in the cooperative system.

Abstract

This study proposes a conversational agent on operational risk with an innovative approach for the cooperative system. It employs a quantitative method and a quasi-experimental design; The TAM model was applied to measure the satisfaction with the use of the executed tool. D-ID Creative Reality Studio was used for construction and evaluation, which allows creating dynamic and immersive visual experiences. The results suggest the use of the conversational agent to make queries about regulations, internal policies and procedures.
