Abstract

From the perspective of John Dewey's "social environment," an effective way to prevent the crime of human trafficking for sexual exploitation and the resulting human rights violations is to positively influence society by modifying the environment perceived by people in order to, consequently, fulfill the Mexican State's human rights obligation to prevent human rights violations. This work is based on this essence.
