Inclusive physical education strategies in Chihuahua.
Abstract
This qualitative, descriptive-interpretative research analyzes the inclusive teaching strategies used by adapted physical education (APE) teachers in public elementary schools in the state of Chihuahua. Its objective is to identify pedagogical practices for children and adolescents with visual, hearing, and intellectual disabilities from a psychopedagogical perspective focused on personalized learning. Interviews, participant observation, and documentary analysis were used. The results show the need to adapt sensory stimuli, promote cooperative environments, and strengthen teacher-student communication to foster autonomy and inclusion in school.
