Impact of Teaching Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and the Role of Psychological Education: A Systematic Literature Review.

Abstract

This article discusses Measurement System Analysis (MSA) in the maquiladora industry, the impact of training in this technique, and the psychological factor in such analysis. A combined methodology is applied, including a structured literature search. The data show that there are eight crucial components for successful MSA implementation, including training as a cornerstone, where psychological education promotes continuous improvement and accountability. This study helps understand organizational motivation and behavior, helps people become more dedicated, and accepts the responsibility for measuring quality and uncovering the causes of variation and error. Finally, three applications in different industries demonstrate benefits.
