University Social Responsibility in a business school: students' perceptions of its management processes.
Abstract
This paper aims to measure students' perceptions of a business school's management processes in terms of University Social Responsibility (USR) in terms of the Responsible Campus dimension, as it involves organizational management, institutional procedures, and the work environment. The method used is quantitative, posing a hypothesis aimed at a sample of 341 students from the Faculty of Commerce and Administration of Tampico, Autonomous University of Tamaulipas; concluding that the hypothesis is confirmed, regarding the existence of a positive perception among students of the CSR actions carried out by the Institution, making a proposal for improvement for the aspects not satisfactorily perceived by the students.
