Instrument for Evaluating Learning Satisfaction: Design, Validation, and Psychometric Analysis of a Likert Scale.
Abstract
This study presents the development and psychometric validation of a Likert-scale instrument to measure learning satisfaction in educational settings. The tool, consisting of two sections—overall satisfaction and attitude toward learning—was created through expert review and statistical analysis. Results show excellent internal consistency and a strong unidimensional factor structure, with inter-item correlations between 0.60 and 0.80. The instrument offers a valid and reliable resource for evaluating teaching and learning processes in Spanish-speaking contexts.
