Integration and validation of a survey to assess mobbing, burnout, and performance in administrative personnel: reliability and descriptive study.
Abstract
Research related to mobbing, burnout and job performance has increased considerably in recent years; however, the analysis of the three concepts in a comprehensive manner has been scarce. The present research aims to integrate an instrument to assess the levels and determine the correlations between the variables of mobbing, burnout and performance of administrative staff. The methodology developed consists of a cross-sectional, descriptive and correlational study through the integration of a survey where the following questionnaires were considered: Inventory of Violence and Psychological Harassment at Work (IVAPT), Maslach Burnout Inventory and a questionnaire was designed for the evaluation of performance. The results of the internal consistency analysis through Cronbach's Alpha were favorable.
