The urgency of an ethical and normative compass in the digital age.
Abstract
This article analyzes the urgent need to establish an ethical and normative compass in the digital age, marked by the expansion of cyberspace and the increasing use of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Through a critical and multidisciplinary approach, it addresses the ethical dilemmas arising from misinformation, the use of personal data, algorithmic biases, and the concentration of digital power. It proposes a digital governance based on principles of equity, responsibility, and sustainability that comprehensively regulates technological transformations. The proposal emphasizes citizen participation and respect for human dignity as fundamental pillars for building a fair and inclusive digital environment.
