Abstract
In this article, the author discusses a research project aimed at developing an efficient and effective tutoring program for first-year students in the upper secondary level of the Northern Zone of the Autonomous University of Guerrero. This project is part of her doctoral dissertation in Educational Sciences, as tutoring programs in the upper secondary level at the Autonomous University of Guerrero have not been fully implemented. Therefore, she proposes an educational strategy for the efficient and effective development of tutoring programs for first-year students in the upper secondary level of the Northern Zone of the Autonomous University of Guerrero.
