Abstract
This study addresses the problems faced by secondary school teachers in the incorporation and use of digital tools. This article provides a detailed analysis of the fundamental concepts related to the integration of technologies in teaching, as well as the importance of providing guidance and support to teachers in strengthening their digital competencies. A research protocol is proposed based on an educational strategy to strengthen teachers' use of digital tools through Digital Guidance and Support for Teachers (DGA) at Cuauhtémoc Secondary School No. 36, Xochimilco, Mexico City.
