Abstract

This article proposes a competency- and values-based Six Sigma (SS) teaching model designed for technical and higher education. The model aims to integrate technical, interpersonal, and ethical skills into a holistic educational framework, addressing a gap in SS training, which often focuses exclusively on technical knowledge. The proposed structure comprises four interrelated elements. The methodology used to define the model's principles and structure includes a literature review, a curriculum analysis, and expert consultations. This approach ensures industry relevance and alignment with best educational practices.
