Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of the National Institute of Technology of Mexico (TecNM) through its Nodes for Promoting the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE). The research identified significant contributions in marginalized communities, highlighting community empowerment, productive inclusion, and the strengthening of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) through cooperative models. The results show multidimensional impacts and exceptional national coverage. Challenges such as the limited integration of local actors and curricular gaps in SSE are evident. The TecNM is consolidating its position as a key player through innovative outreach strategies, requiring comprehensive public policies to maximize its contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and territorial development in Mexico.
