Peace from Administrative Law.
Abstract
The theme of peace is essential for the social stability of the rule of law, and undoubtedly a central idea for legal scholars, one that has been present since ancient times in the reflections of great philosophers such as Plato and Aristotle. Peace is subject to delicate balances, and therefore, requires a strong legal impetus for its realization. In this sense, administrative law can be very useful for the realization of peace from various perspectives: organizational, control, and social provision through public administration. This work is based on this essence.
